Colin Kaepernick and the 49ers agree to a new contract; No more injury talk
Colin Kaepernick and the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a new contract that will essentially make him a free agent at the end of the season. According to Ian Rapoport, the contract talk about injuries has also been removed.
Kaepernick’s new deal is through 2017 and his 46 man roster bonuses become base salary, and another bonus will trigger at 50 percent playing time.
