Ex Special Teams Ace Steve Tasker believes kickoffs will be gone soon
Steve Tasker made his name in the NFL off of kickoffs, because he was one of the best coverage specialists to ever play the game. With the recent changes to Special Teams Tasker believes kickoffs are in serious danger.
Tasker believes the recent changes made kickoffs safer, but he believes ultimately it will be taken out of the game.
“I think they’ll just do something else with it,” Tasker said, via WGR 550. “In the future we’ll have a generation of people who won’t even know what a kickoff looks like.”
