Los Angeles will likely host Super Bowl LIV or LV
Los Angeles is not just receiving a football team, they could be landing the Super Bowl very soon too.
According to Vincent Bonsignore of the Los Angeles Daily News, the NFL is expected to officially award Los Angeles with either Super Bowl LIV (2020) or LV (2021) during the upcoming owners meeting.
After approving the Rams return home, the NFL immediately added Los Angeles to the host ballots for Super Bowl LIV an LV, along with Atlanta, South Florida and Tampa Bay.
The NFL will also decide among New Orleans, Atlanta, South Florida and Tampa Bay for Super Bowl LIII in 2019.
Houston and Minneapolis have already been approved as host sites for Super Bowls LI and LII in 2017 and 2018.
