Patriots could be without another defensive back. According to Adam Caplan and Mike Reiss of ESPN, rookie cornerback Darryl Roberts has a wrist injury which could threaten his season.
He was drafted with the 247th pick of the 2015 NFL draft. He played college football for Marshall. He posted a 4.36 40 time in his pro day.
The seventh-round pick had seen time with the starters in the preseason, and for a team looking for answers there anyway, the loss is worth noting.
