Detroit Lions claim QB Garrett Gilbert off the waivers
Today the Detroit Lions were able to claim a pretty solid back-up quarterback off the waiver wire.

The team claimed Garrett Gilbert off the waivers from the Patriots, according to Howard Balzer. While Gilbert will be a back-up at that, he is a solid passer.
