Justin Berendzen’s 2025 NFL Draft Sleepers
Hello, I am Justin Berendzen here with my 2025 NFL Draft Sleepers and I would pound the table for any one of these guys.
Running Back
ShunDerrick Powell Central Arkansas– Powell has NFL speed and can slip through tackles with ease. Powell is one of the most underrated running backs in this draft class. Can also be a returner if needed.
Andrew Henry New Mexico– Henry can be a good running back at the next level if he stays healthy and is very elusive and can break tackles.
Wide Receiver
Efton Chism III Eastern Washington– Chism has the capability to be a great NFL slot receiver. Solid route runner that allows him to find the space necessary to succeed.
Bo Belquist North Dakota– A bit undersized but if a team gives him a chance he can show that doesn’t matter because he’s a very physical wide receiver who can make tough catches when needed
Tight End
Layne Pryor Northern Iowa– Tough, gritty tight end not afraid to get in there and do the dirty work of blocking in the run game and can catch passes as well.
Offensive Linemen
Gareth Warren Lindenwood– Moves very well to stay in front of his man. Does need some work as far as using his hands better technique wise to be a little bit more aggressive against opposing players but overall is a gem at the offensive tackle position in this class.
Tedi Kushi Western Michigan– If Tedi stays healthy someone is getting a good offensive lineman. Has good footwork and uses his hands decently. Not the cleanest but with the right coaching could be someone that could help an NFL team.
Defensive Linemen/Edges
Kemari Munier-Bailey Edge Weber State- Has a great knack of getting to the quarterback, is a bit undersized but plays above average at the edge position and could dominate at the NFL level.
Makeah Scippio Edge Colorado State-Pueblo– His speed is his biggest asset and could use that to have an effect at the NFL level and could make some noise at the highest level.
Adin Huntington DL Tulane– Very athletic defensive linemen that could turn some heads on whatever team he goes to. Huntington is worthy of getting drafted late.
Andre Jefferson DT Lenoir Rhyne– Jefferson has great hands that allow him to disrupt plays either by using them to disengage and get past the offensive line or get his hands up in the air and tip balls. Very underrated defensive linemen in this draft who can stick onto a NFL team.
Linebackers
Amir Abdullah Illinois State– Amir is a force at the linebacker position. He has a nose for getting to the quarterback. If he stays healthy he can be dominant if given an NFL chance.
Jacob Dobbs JMU– Dobbs is a very intelligent player and has a great football IQ. He’s a leader in the middle of the defense and is an under the radar player in this draft.
Defensive Backs
Isaiah Greene CB Campbell– Very talented defensive back who has great character. Definitely will help any team that gives him an opportunity.
Stephen Douglas S Northwood– One of my favorite defensive backs at the division two level. I think Douglas can surprise some people; he’s got the speed to be an NFL defensive back.
Marcus Barnes S William and Mary– Barnes is a heavy hitter at the safety position and is one of the most intriguing FCS defensive backs in this draft.
Oshae Baker S Tennessee-Martin– Oshae may be slightly undersized but he can definitely play at the NFL level. Has good speed and a knack for keeping balls out of wide receivers hands and can play returner if necessary.
