What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft?
My versatility and athleticism to be able to do many things from different spots and matchups. At 6’4 300 lbs. with a 80 1/4 wingspan I am able to control the line of scrimmage but also have the quick twitch and hands necessary to be an every down D lineman.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
I’m a Game wrecker, my combination of size, speed, and explosiveness allows me to disrupt plays.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
I would donate to a foundation dedicated to getting under-the-radar prospects exposure. I know what it’s like to be under the radar as a prospect and I feel like there are many guys who can play but just need the opportunity to showcase themselves versus all talent levels.
Who was your role model?
I watch a lot of Chris jones just because he’s a dominant guy who I feel like I can relate to and is close to my physical makeup. I also like watching a lot of Jalen Carter lately. He’s another dominant guy that is close to my physical makeup. He’s up and coming but I think he will soon be seen as the best or one of the best defensive tackles in the entire NFL. I like watching film on these guys and learning things that I can improve and do better from the best of the best.
Who is your favorite NFL Team?
I don’t have a current favorite NFL team, I’m more of a players fan. I like multiple players all around the league from multiple teams. I think whatever team I am blessed enough to get my opportunity with will become my favorite.
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
Coming from a FCS D1 there’s a few underrated guys that could play on my team. It’s very hard to choose from but if I had to pick I would have to name these 3. Jalen Marshall, Amir Annoor, and Jordan Davis.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
I think my biggest would be lack of discipline on the field. I think that it’s everyone’s job to know what their assignment is and execute it at the highest level possible. In football there will naturally be mistakes made, but I think the guys who are the most consistent and focus on the small details will separate themselves from being a great player and an average one.
Who is your favorite teacher ever?
My favorite teacher was my 11th Grade AP Language arts teacher. His name was Mr Blood, he always genuinely helped me and connected with me on a personal level during my time with him as my teacher. He allowed me to succeed and taught me things I would carry with me onto college.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
I think one of the biggest moments of adversity for me was when I left my FBS Air Force originally and ended up going to FCS Wofford. I always thought that I wouldn’t get my chance to play at the next level unless I really stuck out and popped in my film. This kept me motivated and hungry. I knew what I was getting into but I was willing to bet on myself and get myself to the position I am in today with getting my opportunity somewhere in the NFL.
If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?
I think maybe a Chipotle, just because it’s a healthier type of eating out. I’m not really big on unhealthy foods, so I would definitely want a healthy but tasty option.
What is your favorite snack food?
Haribo Gummy Bears
What is your degree in?
Sociology and Anthropology
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Aaron Donald, Chris Jones, and Dexter Lawrence. These are 3 guys who know what it takes to dominate consistently. I think that being around these guys could give me key insight and I could learn some great things from these future hall of famers.
What is your biggest weakness?
I think one of my biggest weaknesses is that I could overanalyze things and be too critical of myself at times. I think this is a way of keeping my mind set and staying hungry, but I have been working on having a 1 play at a time mentality and just focusing on what’s in front of me.
