Charges dropped in the fatal hit-and-run accident that killed Tennessee State OL Chazan Page
The man responsible for killing Chazan Page will walk free. Aresenio Miller, the 33-year-old man who reportedly fled the scene after hitting the Tennessee State offensive lineman will not be charged.
There were reports from the girlfriend of Page, that her boyfriend acted as a hero pushing her to safety before getting hit.
Well, charges were dropped because there was insufficient evidence to prospect Miller.
A Davidson County judge in the state of Tennessee decided to drop the charges against Arsenio Miller, 33, due to lack of evidence.
The District Attorney’s office entered what is called a Nolle prosequi which means they decided not to prosecute at this time.
The DA’s office can decide later to prosecute Miller if new evidence arises.
Miller remains in custody on a probation violation out of Florida.
