What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft?
I believe that I have a toughness that few other players have. I always fight through injuries and I put 100% effort into the off-season to improve my game. With my size, I have always been viewed as an underdog, and that has made me the toughest kid on the field because I kinda play with a chip on my shoulder. If you watch my film you will see that.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
I can play a variety of positions. I take pride in special teams and I can return kicks and punts and love flying down the field on kickoffs. I have excellent speed, strength, and jumping ability. I also have excellent instincts. I have led my conference in solo tackles from the safety position and I have also been second or third in the conference in pass breakups and interceptions.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
I would donate to help cure breast cancer. My mother is currently fighting breast cancer and I proudly wear pink in her honor.
Who was your role model?
I’d have to say, my father. Since I was a small kid he never let me slide by and held me accountable for my actions. He saw something in me as a small kid that few coaches did and he always told me to never let size stop me from achieving my dreams and that if I wanted to play football I was going to have to become the toughest kid on the field. Both of my parents have sacrificed to give me the opportunity to excel.
Who is your favorite NFL team?
Pittsburgh Steelers
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
Noah Hines is our lockdown corner and he led the country for most of last year in PBU’S. He is super smart, a great teammate, and deserving of many more accolades than he has received. He played man on a current NFL player and stuck to him like glue.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Players who don’t go hard. In order for our team to excel we need everyone to give 100% effort in practice.
Who is your favorite teacher ever?
I’ve been very fortunate to have many but I think that Coach Scott Weaver, my high school football coach and physical education teacher, and my 6th grade math teacher, Donald Tucker would have to be at the top of the list. They both believed in me and pushed me to excel.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
Transferring halfway through my freshman year to Bridgewater was one of the hardest times. I didn’t know anyone there and then after only a couple of months, Covid hit and we were sent home. However, once I met the team and they made me feel at home, life was good. My overall experience at Bridgewater College has been second to none and I am so glad that’s where I am ending my college career.
If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?
Chipotle
What is your favorite snack food?
Cheezits
What is your degree in?
M.S. in human resources
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
1. Troy Polamalu because I love his style and I try to play with the fierceness that he plays with.
2. George Washington is considered to be the father of our country.
3. My deceased grandparents because I would like to let them know that I am making them proud.
What is your biggest weakness?
I put football at the center of my life and sometimes relationships suffer because of that.
