Pennsylvania High School football player is dead at 16-years-old after falling out of the bed of a pick-up truck
Tucker Wessner was a very good and solid football player from Germansville, Pennsylvania. The 16-year-old football player is dead after suffering injuries falling out of the bed of a pickup truck.
Wessner was in the back of a Toyota Tundra on June 24th. According to police reports, the truck turned off a road and Tucker fell out of the truck hitting the ground hard.
The two young men driving called police and began assisting Tucker, until an Ambulance arrived.
Tucker was pronounced dead on July 16th, 2024.
Tucker suffered a traumatic brain injury that led to a blood clot traveling to his lung.
An autopsy was completed on Thursday, July 18, 2024, but the official cause and manner of death are pending further investigation.
Tucker was a junior at Northwestern Lehigh High School where he was number 53.
