Former Arizona State football player arrested again on sexual assault charges
Tevin Favor the former Arizona State Sun Devil football star was acquitted of a sexual assault charge back in 2020, but he is now facing a very similar charge.
Favor was arrested on June 5th for sexually assaulting a female back in April.
Records show the women told police that Favor was her personal trainer and invited her to a house party. The women claims Favor began serving her alcohol and began touching her.
The woman told police she instructed the suspect to stop and later woke up to him on top of her, records show. She texted a friend to come pick her up.
After his arrest, Favor allegedly declined to speak with investigators.
