What made me decide to be a football player was that I loved to compete. Also my older brother played it and I watched while I was growing up. So football was always in the family and I wanted to follow in the footsteps.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moments was probably beating South Dakota State to go to the national championship. Beating Montana for the Big Sky conference championship. Lastly winning state my junior year of high school.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

I would say both my parents are my inspiration. They just work hard and no matter what the situation is, they always keep a smile on their face. They work their butts off to get me and my siblings whatever we want.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

Probably playing with my brothers. Just seeing everyone flying around making plays, it’s fun to see everyone succeed. To also show the Big Sky conference what I can do.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

It will probably be Budda Baker, because we have the same body type. Just learning how fast he plays and how physical he is would be helpful.

Definitely the fan base and the atmosphere at our home games. Also, the brotherhood here. We push each other everyday because we love each other and want to see each other succeed.

It will probably be cover 4. Because I get to read QB eyes and that’s where most of my interceptions come from.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I try to use the quote my coaches tell me, control what you can control. With every challenge I can face I control how I react to those situations. I also journal to get all my thoughts on a laptop or notebook.

What would a team get in a player like you?

They would get a player who’s quick and can tackle. A player who’s smart and a player who will give it his all with just one chance.

What stands out about your film the most?

I would probably say my man coverage will.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

The most underrated player I play with is Tommy Mellott. He just does everything right, he’s the guy you look at and wanna live up to his standard. He’s a good leader and leads by example.
