Philadelphia Stars Running back Jamyest Williams Journey and New Training Program

All Athletes looking for training check out No Limit Training: Here is what Coach Jamyest Williams had to say about the program.
“They (the trainees) will be getting trained by someone who has exceeded and every level from high school to the professional level, and will but taught a lot of knowledge about the game and the technical things to give them that edge to be successful.”
Jamyest Williams Journey:
As the Stars season came to an end there was one player that stood out. Jamyest Williams is a very strong and shifty back from Georgia State University. Williams would stand out at Georgia State and it would be the start to something special from there.
About the player: Jamyest Williams
Team: Philadelphia Stars
Age: 24
Height and Weight: Five foot nine inches (5’9”) and 185 pounds
College Career:
Williams would originally play corner at South Carolina but would later make the decision to switch to Offense. However, he was a very solid tackler and good at making pass breakups. In 44 career games, Williams would start 14 of the 44 but once he was on the field he made an impact to the Gamecocks defense. The DB would have 92 total tackles, six pass breakups and one Forced Fumble. He was great but he wasn’t satisfied playing corner so he made the switch and transferred to Georgia State. At Georgia State, Jamyest Williams was quite the ball carrier. The shifty running back would appear in 28 games over his college career. In the 28 games played Williams would record 244 rushing attempts for 1,430 rushing yards and ten touchdowns. It took more than one player to bring this man down, his vision is what makes him so special. Once the kid sees daylight you can kiss him goodbye.
Professional Career:
After going undrafted in the NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers would send the Georgia State back a Rookie Mini Camp invite. Despite not being picked up by the Packers, Williams would later get a chance with the Philadelphia Stars, a USFL team that would grant his some playing time and get the Running back his first professional snaps of his career. Williams would have six rushing attempts and gain 22 yards. Whoever gives Williams the chance to perform and showcase his talents is getting a great play!
Karvers final thoughts:
Well, I believe Jamyest Williams is going to be a very solid back in many pro leagues. I could see Williams getting a chance on an NFL Practice Squad this upcoming season. One of the hardest working guys out there, for sure.
