Both teams are coming off great team wins. The 3-0 New Orleans Breakers are traveling to Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium to face off against the 2-1 New Jersey Generals. A big-time match-up in week 4, the Breakers are coming off a HUGE win vs the high-powered Birmingham Stallions. New Jersey is coming off a good win vs the Michigan Panthers.

Breakers Offense vs  Generals Offense

Both teams have phenomenal quarterbacks and running backs, A player to watch for the Breakers is McLeod Bethel-Thompson. Breakers Bethel-Thompson would complete 20 out of his 28 passes (20-28) for 283 yards with 3 touchdowns and 1 interception. De’Andre Johnson, the quarterback for the Generals, would have his greatest performance of the season, completing 10 of 15 passes (10-15) for 180 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Both teams have great running backs. Wes Hills is coming off a phenomenal game where he had 34 rushing attempts for 191 yards with 3 touchdowns, those stats would earn Wes Hills offensive player of the week.

The New Jersey Generals have a dominant running game. Starting with Darius Victor, one of the fan favorites of the whole USFL. Victor would have 9 rushing attempts for 68 yards while adding a touchdown, the running back would also have 1 reception for 51 yards and another touchdown on the day.

Another player on the Generals who can run the ball is the quarterback, DeAndre Johnson. The QB would have 10 rushing attempts for 98 yards with a touchdown, great numbers from Johnson.

Final thoughts:

My final thoughts are this is the game of the week, I would expect a lot of points. Both teams have phenomenal offenses. The rushing attack of both teams is strong and powerful, should be fun to see big runs from both running backs.

The Breakers have the upper hand when it comes to the passing game, the General’s defense should prepare for the pass just as much as the run.

Overall should be a great game for both teams, lots of scoring I’m sure of that.
