Breaking: Minnesota Vikings poach S Curtis Riley off the Cardinals practice squad

Curtis Riley has now been poached off a practice squad twice this year. First, he was poached off the Steelers practice squad and signed by the Cardinals, and now he is getting poached off the Cardinals practice squad and will land on the Vikings.
The Vikings only have three safeties on their active roster right now, and none on their practice squad. Riley has starting experience, so this is a great signing for the Vikings.
In 2015, Curtis Riley went undrafted after a stellar career at Fresno State. He signed with the Tennessee Titans, and also had a stint with the New York Giants and Oakland Raiders. Riley impressed the Steelers heavily this off-season and made the initial 53 man roster.
The day after cut downs Riley and QB Duck Hodges were both released.
Riley is a very solid free safety who stands at 6000 tall and weighs 203 pounds. Riley is just 27 and has been a very solid player on special teams.
He has had a pretty solid career, and will continue to do that this year.
