- The Detroit Lions. Cameron Wake, just what he went through.

Your story is fascinating. Not long after you graduated High School, your father underwent triple-bypass heart surgery & could not continue working at his roofing business. Two years later, he was out of work due to back surgery. You put college on hold to get a job at Magna Closures factory just north of Detroit. You worked 10+ hour shifts to help your family for five years. You then went from the Detroit Wolverines semi-pro team to Mendocino Community College (in Ukiah, CA) to having interest from programs like Alabama & Ohio State. How do you think the unconventional path that has led you here has shaped you not only as a football player but also as a man?
- The road I took to get where I am now helped me to better understand Jamar King the person.
