Could retired #49ers OT Anthony Davis be out of shape badly?
Anthony Davis the former San Francisco 49ers starting offensive lineman was supposed to come back this year, but something happened and he missed an opportunity. There were then rumors that Davis could be traded. Well now there are even more rumors. This could be the reason that Davis was not in fact traded after all.
According to NJ.com’s Jordan Raanan, Davis is “badly out of shape.”

This does make a lot of sense, because the Giants were extremely interested in him. With Raanan mentioning this it makes sense, since he is a Giants beat writer…
IF Davis does in fact want to come back and play he may have to take off another year and get his butt in shape.
