Bills head coach Rex Ryan takes a shot at Dri Archer who never showed up to OTA’s

Dri Archer was released by the New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills quickly placed a claim on him. The Bills were excited to claim the speedster Archer, because of his abilities as a return man and his 4.2 forty speed. The Bills were expecting Archer to show up but that never happened. Archer was placed on the reserve/did not report list, and that upset the Bills a bit. When head coach Rex Ryan was asked about the situation, Ryan took a shot at Archer.
“I never even talked to the kid, so we’ll see what happens,” Ryan said, according to Don Banks of Sports Illustrated. “He won’t return a call. Is it him not wanting to be a Bill, or is it something else? I don’t know, but I guess there’s a reason Pittsburgh let him go [last November]. But when you find something out, let us know, because I’ve never even talked to him.”
I have to agree with Rex. Obviously, Archer is not interested in the NFL, or playing for the Buffalo Bills. I hope Dri Archer has another plan, because it is hard to pass up a job worth 400k dollars a year.
