49ers fear DT Glenn Dorsey tore his ACL
The 49ers lost more than just the game today to the Seahawks. Their head coach is fearing the worst for defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey.
49ers HC Jim Tomsula told reporters after Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks that they fear DE Glenn Dorsey suffered a torn ACL during the game, per Matt Maiocco.

The 49ers are banged up badly and today they were dogged by the Seahawks.

Dorsey will undergo an MRI on Monday to determine the severity of the injury, but it clearly doesn’t sound good for him.
