Giants are re-signing DT Kenrick Ellis; Releasing WR Preston Parker
Jordan Raanan of NJ.com is reporting that the Giants are re-signing DT Kenrick Ellis to a contract on Tuesday 
In a corresponding move the Giants are releasing Preston Parker according to Mike Garafolo.
