What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2027 NFL Draft?

I’m an intelligent, hard working defensive lineman who doesn’t quit on plays and has a strong team first mindset.

Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you responded?

I hurt my knee coming into my first year at Mac and wasn’t able to train or move in the way I wanted to, which was extremely tough for me both mentally and physically. I responded by focusing on training mentally while I recovered physically, I would focus on pushing myself to understand our playbook and film on the teams we would be playing better than the rest of the team to ensure that I was still doing my part to be a better athlete and contribute to our team’s success.

What are your hobbies outside of football?

Working out, being outdoors, spending time with family.

What role do you see yourself playing at the next level?

I see myself being a disruptive run stopper as well as a serious pass rush threat at the next level.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

Sick Kids childrens hospitals

How do you handle coaching, especially criticism or being corrected repeatedly?

If I were being coached or corrected repeatedly I would take some extra time either after the meeting or practice that I received these corrections to address them on the field, whether these came from film or practice I would try my best to review my mistakes and then work through them on the field on my own time to eradicate the issue before next practice/game.

Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?

Ryan Broome

If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive, who would it be and why did you choose them?

I would have dinner with Warren Sapp, Aaron Donald and Maxx Crosby because they are the players at my position that I look up to and admire most to cultivate my game around and having an opportunity to understand their thought processes’ on a deeper level could help elevate my game to a much higher level.

If you were benched tomorrow, what would be the most likely reason?

If I were benched, the most likely reason would be that we got a new coach who doesn’t know our guys and wants us to prove to him how good we can truly play without barriers like playing time and scout team getting in the way. In this case I’d work relentlessly to prove myself as a leader to both my teammates and coaches.

Walk me through your typical pre-game routine?

Arrive at the stadium 3 hours early, start with treatment in the clinic for 40 minutes then head out to the field to stretch and listen to music, return inside about 30 minutes before warm up and get changed into my equipment and head out for warm up.

Describe a time in a game where you feel you made a mistake, and explain how you bounced back?

In one of our regular season games last year I was caught looking for the ball on an outside zone play and got reached by the offensive lineman, although the run didn’t break for much, it was still my fault for losing my gap and giving him the room to gain yardage. How I bounced back from this was watching the play as soon as the series was over on the sideline and talking through how I ended up in that position with my teammates, after understanding my mistake we went back for the next series and forced 2 TFLs on the opening set of downs and forced a quick punt back to our offence.
