The New York Giants have added a veteran defensive tackle. According to Rich Cimini of ESPN, the New York Giants are adding former Jets defensive tackle Kenrick Ellis. Ellis was a third round pick from Hampton University. Ellis is a good run stuffer, but was beaten out last year by Damon Harrison.
