5’ 9”/195

Kicker

Where do you play college football?

Saint Francis University (PA)

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

We have a sports camp for kids at SFU called Sports 4 Kids Day. Each sports team sets up a drill or game for the kids to compete in. We get to be involved with the kids and hang out with them throughout the day. We get to go against them in the events that we set up, and then sign some autographs after. It’s awesome seeing how excited the kids get with these things.

MBA Quantitative Business Analysis

Where are you from?

Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

Who is your role model, and why?

My parents. Both have worked very hard for what they have and have given my brother and I more than I could ever ask for. They have taught me how to love and care for someone and have made me the man that I am today.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

I played soccer until my senior year of high school.

Did you play any other positions in football?

I played a little bit of everything before I started to only focus on kicking and punting. I played QB, RB, WR, LB, and DB.

At your position, what separates you from others?

I think what really sets me apart from others at my position is my work ethic and attention to detail. I am willing to put work in on the field, in the weight room, wherever it may be. I want to be the very best at what I do, and I am willing to do whatever it takes.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

If I am watching film of my opponent I first look to see if they have any tendencies or issues that we could exploit. I also watch their field goal block unit so I know what to expect and feel comfortable when I am out on the field that week. When watching film of myself I make sure that I am consistent with what I am doing. I look at things such as my plant foot, leg lock, ankle lock, ball contact, and follow through. I want to make sure that I am doing each thing just right so I can hit my A ball every time.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

The best kicker I have played against has been Austin Crimmins from Duquesne. The best position player I have played against though was Caleb Kidder from Montana.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Adam Vinatieri, because I pride myself on consistency and accuracy.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

I always go out to eat with my holder on Thursdays or Fridays depending on if our game is home or away. I also always listen to the same last song before I go out to warm up for the game.

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

Exposure. We are not on the big stage every week where games are on national TV and everyone is able to see the game.

geeseyWhat is your biggest strength?

I am very detail-oriented and am willing put in the work that it will take to be the best at what I do.

What is your biggest weakness?

I am sometimes too critical of myself.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

You will not find someone who will put in more time and effort, work harder, or have more desire to be the best version of myself and be the best at what I do.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Brian Dawkins & the Philadelphia Eagles

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

My two grandmothers and grandfather who have passed away.

I would give it to my parents to try to repay them for everything they have done for me.
