Aldon Smith has been arrested again; Days after his GM says he wanted to re-sign him
San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested by Santa Clara Police on Thursday night and booked into the county jail after he had a hit and run, vandalism and DUI.
This comes days after his GM Trent Baalke said he wanted to re-sign him.
