Rugby star Jarryd Hayne has secured a futures contract in the NFL
The San Francisco 49ers brought in rugby player Jarryd Hayne for a visit on Monday, according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
Former NRL star Jarryd Hayne has secured a contract with one of the teams in the National Football League, but won’t reveal which club he has signed with.

Hayne has been forced to temporarily return home for Christmas, before he can officially sign a futures contract after December 29.
Former rugby league star Jarryd Hayne has revealed he would have signed with a NFL franchise two weeks ago had it not been for visa issues which forced him back to Sydney.
Hayne worked out with both the Seahawks and the Niners.
