What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2027 NFL Draft?

My maturity and composure are two of my biggest strengths. Coming over from Australia and learning a completely new game has taught me how to adapt, handle pressure and continue developing. My background in Australian rules football helped me develop strong athleticism, coordination, and ball-tracking skills that translate to punting, while also giving me confidence in the open-field athleticism needed for trick-play situations.

I feel like I also bring a level of maturity and athletic composure that allows me to stay consistent and perform when it matters most!

Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you responded?

When I first arrived at Bethune-Cookman was probably one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced. I travelled over 20 hours to a country I’d never been to, to play a game I’d never played before. In just my third game, I suffered an injury that set me back pretty early in my college career. Rather than letting that slow my development, I used the time to improve my fundamentals, work on my ball drops and study a lot of film. I was still adjusting to the college football lifestyle at the time, so it really taught me to be patient and make the most of situations that aren’t necessarily in my control.

What are your hobbies outside of football?

Outside of football I enjoy playing golf, surfing whenever I get the opportunity, exploring different coffee shops and restaurants, and listening to music. I enjoy getting out and experiencing new places.

What role do you see yourself playing at the next level?

I see myself contributing on special teams as a consistent and reliable punter. I want to be someone the team can trust to execute in any situation, whether that’s flipping field position, pinning an opponent deep or performing under pressure.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I’d choose mental health awareness and support. I think mental health is something that affects a lot more people than we realise, and there’s still a stigma around speaking up and asking for help. I’d love to support a cause that makes those conversations easier and gives people access to the resources they need.

How do you handle coaching, especially criticism or being corrected repeatedly?

I welcome coaching and criticism because ultimately it’s there to help me improve. As a punter, I generally have a pretty good understanding of when I’ve made a mistake and what I need to do to correct it, so there’s definitely a level of self-awareness and accountability that comes with the position. I’m always open to different perspectives and coaching methods because I understand there’s always something I can improve on.

Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?

Aidan Fedigan – my long snapper. As a punter, I genuinely couldn’t do my job without him, and I think that position often goes underappreciated. He’s someone I can consistently rely on, and having that trust and chemistry makes a massive difference. He does his job at a high level without always getting the recognition he deserves.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why did you choose them?

I’d choose Anthony Bourdain, Steve Irwin and Kobe Bryant.

Anthony Bourdain because of his experiences travelling the world, exploring different cultures and connecting with people through food. Steve Irwin because he’s an Australian icon, and I always admired his passion for what he did and how genuinely himself he was. Lastly I’d say Kobe Bryant because of his mentality and approach to being the best at his craft. I’d love to pick his brain about discipline, handling pressure and what drove him to keep improving throughout his career.

If you were benched tomorrow, what would be the most likely reason?

I’ll say not executing the game plan exactly how the coaches wanted. As a punter, there’s a lot more to the position than just hitting a good ball. It’s about understanding field position, situational football and putting the team in the best position possible. If I wasn’t executing those responsibilities, I’d understand the decision and make the necessary adjustments.

Walk me through your typical pre-game routine?

I like to keep things pretty relaxed before a game. I’ll listen to music, stay calm and try not to overcomplicate anything. I trust the preparation I’ve put in throughout the week, so by the time game day comes around, it’s really just about staying loose, getting comfortable and going out there to execute.

What is your favorite snack food?

My favourite Australian Chocolate, the Tim Tam! I’ve always had a bit of a sweet tooth and I definitely miss them when I’m in the states.

What scheme do you feel you fit the best in?

Versatile schemes really allow me to shine. I enjoy being part of a system where we’re using different styles of punts and plays depending on the situation. I like having that variety and being able to adapt to what the team needs, whether that’s directional punting, different ball flights, or controlling field position.

What is your degree in?

I’m currently studying Business Administration, with a particular interest in finance and investments. During the offseason, I also work remotely for a winery back home in Melbourne, Australia, where I do different book keeping and account work. This has helped me build practical business skills.

Football is my priority right now, but I hope to pursue opportunities in finance and investments after my playing career. I think it’s important to prepare for life after football while making the most of the opportunities I have today.

What would be the first thing you buy with your first NFL check?

Something nice for my parents. They’ve supported me throughout my life and played a massive role in getting me to where I am today. Being able to give something back to them would be pretty special. Outside of that, I’d put a large percentage of it away and make strategic investments for the future.

Describe a time in a game where you feel you made a mistake, and explain how you bounced back?

There was a game where I mishit one of my punts and didn’t execute the way I wanted to. When I came back to the sideline, I took a moment to figure out what went wrong, made a small adjustment and moved on from it. The next time I went out, I hit a great ball. That’s an important part of being a punter – being quick to correct and move on, ready to execute the next play.
