What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2027 NFL Draft?
I think my level of attention to detail is very high with everything I do. I already treat football like it’s my job and I would put my skill set up against anybody in the country. Finally, I would also say I’m eager to learn and want to be a sponge in all situations.
Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you responded?
I’ve had a lot of ups and downs. I’ve been benched and I have had season ending injuries, but I have never wavered. At times it was hard to keep the faith, but I continued to put my head down and work to try and get where I needed to be.
What are your hobbies outside of football?
I really enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and my friends. I love to duck hunt and am starting to enjoy fly fishing in Montana.
What role do you see yourself playing at the next level?
I would love to play at the highest level and be a starting quarterback in the NFL.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
I would donate to two causes, one for incarcerated people to help them get back into the real world and make a change. I would also like to contribute to people that served our country and help them return to a normal life.
How do you handle coaching, especially criticism or being corrected repeatedly?
I love being coached and I’ve learned throughout my career the right ways to take coaching and how to get the most out of my coaches. Criticism is hard, but I’ve learned that it is not personal and it only helps me in the long run.
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
Dane Steel
If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive, who would it be and why did you choose them?
- Mathew Stafford- Rams fan and I love what he’s about
- Adam Sandler- Seems like a great guy and need some comedy at the table
- Dana White- Businessman but also involved in sports
If you were benched tomorrow, what would be the most likely reason?
My intensity was to high- I am not sure any other reason.
Walk me through your typical pre-game routine?
It’s a lot of stretching and meditation up until I go get my body warm.
What is your favorite snack food?
Beef jerky
What scheme do you feel you fit the best in?
I feel comfortable in a lot of schemes. I have played in four offenses in college and been well versed in the spread, air raid and pro style.
What is your degree in?
- Masters in finance.
- I have a undergrad in sociology.
What would be the first thing you buy with your first NFL check?
I would try and retire my mom and dad.
Describe a time in a game where you feel you made a mistake, and explain how you bounced back?
Well there was times last year I felt like I wasn’t being the best leader. It was honestly just realizing I made the mistake and I need to be better on the next drive.
