Browns Linebacker Devin Bush Arrested for Assault Near Pittsburgh, Faces NFL Discipline
Cleveland Browns linebacker Devin Bush, a former first-round pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers, was reportedly arrested near Pittsburgh on Sunday.
According to Colin Dunlap of KDKA Radio, Bush was taken into custody in Bell Acres Borough and charged with simple assault and harassment. A court document shared by Dunlap shows that Bush is currently awaiting a preliminary arraignment.
Bush, the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, played four seasons with the Steelers and finished third in Defensive Rookie of the Year voting that year. After a brief stint with the Seattle Seahawks in 2023, he joined the Browns and appeared in 16 games with 10 starts during the 2024 season. He re-signed with Cleveland in March on a one-year deal worth $3.25 million, with $2.97 million guaranteed.
In addition to possible legal ramifications, Bush could face disciplinary action from the NFL under its Personal Conduct Policy.
