Former Louisville Linebacker PJ Blue is dead at 27

Former Louisville football player P.J. Blue has passed away at the age of 27, the school confirmed on Tuesday, April 8.
Blue was a highly regarded high school athlete, ranked as the No. 17 player in Alabama’s 2016 class. He was named an Under Armour All-American and a U.S. Army All-American nominee, in addition to earning a spot on the All-Metro first team at Park Cross High School before committing to Louisville.
His time at Louisville was marred by injuries, including a torn ACL shortly after his commitment. Despite these setbacks, Blue played in 11 games for the Cardinals, recording 39 tackles. The cause of his death has not yet been disclosed.
Please keep the Blue family in your prayers.
