2026 NFL Draft Scouting Report: Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama

- Name: Kadyn Proctor
- School: Alabama
- Height and Weight: 6’7 260
- Games Viewed (2024): Georgia, LSU, Western Kentucky (in-person)
Junior. Starts at left tackle. Saw in-person in week 1 last season v. Western Kentucky. Big behemoth LT with long arms and excellent height. As a run blocker, he is very good. Good toughness and physicality. Does a great job of climbing to the second level and blocking defenders in space.
Uses his length well to press defenders and take second-level defenders for a ride. Has a good punch, but could develop better latch/hand timing. Plays with good balance, stays off the ground and stays anchored.
I would like to see him control the LOS better especially around the goal line. In pass protection, he is good. Hard to get around just due to his size, frame and mass. Reads and reacts to twists and stunts, mirrors in his lateral set, can kick inside/outside and use his length to press and punch.
Plays with a good, wide base, rarely gets shoulders turned. Had a slow first step v. LSU toward the beginning of the game, but otherwise had consistent get-off. Key issue is his foot speed and weight – saw in-person and noticed he has ankles the size of tree trunks. Really needs to trim fat and get in better shape.
