What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
I just came out the womb this way, my mother has photos of me as a toddler who couldn’t even speak but always wanted to play with a football.
What are your favorite moments from your football life?
My favorite moments are winning my last college football game in 6 OTs and also just looking at how far I came to get here.
What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?
I’m looking to gain as much knowledge as possible someday I can share the knowledge to someone coming up behind me.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?
Darrelle Revis because I want to know every detail on how he went about his days while being a pro. I want to know what his preparation looked like I want to know what his recovery look like even his spiritual life if he had one.
Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?
My mom she’s the strongest person I know, watching all the sacrifices she’s made my whole life her actions just speaks for itself and I strive to be as strong as her every day.
What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?
Cover 2 man, it’s my favorite because I feel I can take more risks and be more aggressive on triggering on routes due to me having safety help.
What should we know about Zeke Blake the person?
You should know that I’m more than just a corner I feel I can play anywhere in the secondary.
What stands out about your film the most?
My ability to come down and make hits even though I pride myself on being a cover guy.
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?
I give it to GOD and allow him to guide me through it all.
What would a team get in a player like you?
Everything they need out of me; they’ll be getting a player who’s played both sides of the ball during his career and all special teams even played off returner.
What do you love the most about the game of football?
The brotherhood, the relationships you build with the people you put your body on the line with every day, I feel those relationships last a lifetime and you build a love in a program with your teammates that isn’t easy to find at all.
Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?
Nasir Bowers, he maybe undersized but he doesn’t play like it and i feel that he doesn’t get the attention he deserves.
