Arizona High School Football Coach Facing Disgusting Charges of Luring a Minor

A High School football coach from Mesa, Arizona is facing some pretty disturbing charges. Richard Godsil was arrested at Dobson High School in Mesa, Arizona, on charges of luring a minor after he was arrested earlier in the week.
According to authorities, Godsil was booked on two felony charges: aggravated luring of a minor for sexual exploitation and furnishing harmful items to minors.
Police say that this had nothing to do with students from Dobson High School, but it was part of a sting they had for sex trafficking ring.
Godsil has been the head football coach at Dobson since 2019. School officials say he was placed on administrative leave following his arrest.
This letter was sent to the family members of Dobson High School.
Dobson families,
Today, head football coach, Richard Godsil, was arrested by the Surprise Police Department on campus. Our understanding is the case does not involve Mesa Public Schools students.
Mr. Godsil was immediately placed on administrative leave and the district is, and will continue to, fully cooperate with the Surprise Police Department in their investigation. He has been employed by Mesa Public Schools since 2019. He holds a fingerprint clearance card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Sincerely,
Gabbi Buckley, Principal

The judge imposed a $100,000 secured appearance bond, meaning he can use a bonding company to post bail and if he is released, he’s required to wear an ankle monitor.
