Three Adults Charged in ATV Accident That Killed Two Football Players In North Carolina
North Carolina State law enforcement confirmed the arrests of three adults for their role in the deaths of two Roseman High School football players, Jayden Reynaldo and Layne Jones, in an ATV accident last August.
A 34-year-old woman named Ashley Marie Darity from Rosman North Carolina was arrested and charged with two counts of felony involuntary manslaughter. She was not the only one charged, both Brandon Kaine Rathbone, 47, and Patricia Faye Whitehead, 33, both of Balsam Grove, were also arrested in connection to the accident.
Both were reportedly aiding and abetting a person less than 21 years of age in the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Please keep the Reynaldo and Jones family in your prayers. It is such a tragedy, but at least the family will get some justice.
