The Dream Bowl College Football All-Star Game is a premier showcase event that brings together some of the most talented collegiate football players from across the country. Held annually, this game provides an invaluable platform for athletes from Division II, Division III, and NAIA programs to demonstrate their skills in front of professional scouts, coaches, and football enthusiasts. Well this year, the Dream Bowl has even reached out to some major FCS and FBS prospects for the game.

Known for its competitive atmosphere and emphasis on player development, the Dream Bowl is more than just a game—it’s an opportunity for these athletes to elevate their careers and make their gridiron.

The event celebrates the hard work and dedication of players who may not always get the spotlight but possess immense talent and potential. Each year, the game’s roster is carefully curated to feature some of the best and brightest college football stars, making it a must-watch for fans and recruiters.

As we look forward to this year’s game, here’s a closer look at the top ten players to watch on the Dream Bowl roster—athletes poised to leave a lasting impression with their exceptional skills and determination.

  1. Dante Chachere, QB, Portland State – Dante Chachere is a dynamic quarterback who has consistently demonstrated a rare blend of athleticism, football IQ, and leadership throughout his college career. Known for his dual-threat capabilities, Chachere excels both as a passer and a runner, making him a versatile weapon on the field. His brother Andre Chachere is currently on the Cardinals practice squad. He is a very good prospect.

Will McElvain, QB, Central Arkansas – Will McElvain has established himself as one of the most exciting quarterbacks in college football with his remarkable combination of poise, accuracy, and playmaking ability. He is one of my favorite sleepers in the NFL Draft.
  5. Tucker Kinney, OT, Wartburg – One of the biggest sleepers in the entire NFL Draft. The Division 3 mauling offensive lineman is a dog. He is a super athletic offensive lineman who plays with power and tenacity. NFL teams are very interested in Kinney and he has the chance to earn a lot of money at the Dream Bowl with a great performance. He is a two-sport athlete playing Golf and Football. He was a former wide receiver and the defensive end transitioned to the offensive line. He has a bright future.
  6. Sebastian Pares, OT, Eastern Illinois – Sebastian Pares has established himself as a cornerstone of the Eastern Illinois offensive line, earning recognition for his strength, technique, and unwavering reliability at the tackle position. Standing tall with a powerful frame and quick footwork, Pares is a formidable presence in both pass protection and run blocking.
  7. Darrell Simmons, OG, Kansas – Darrell Simmons has made a name for himself as a dominant force on the offensive line for the University of Kansas, excelling at the guard position with a combination of power, agility, and technical proficiency. Known for his ability to control the line of scrimmage, Simmons is a relentless blocker who thrives in both the run game and pass protection. 
  8. Makeah Scippio, DE, Colorado State-Pueblo – Makeah Scippio emerged as a dominant defensive end for Colorado State-Pueblo, showcasing a relentless motor and exceptional athleticism that make him a disruptive force on the edge. Known for his ability to generate pressure and wreak havoc in the backfield, Scippio combines explosive bursts off the line with refined pass-rushing techniques to consistently beat opposing linemen.
  9. Daniel “Sauce” Williams, DT, Hawaii – Daniel “Sauce” Williams has earned a reputation as a powerhouse defensive tackle for the University of Hawaii, combining size, strength, and technique to dominate in the trenches. Known for his explosive first step and ability to clog up running lanes, Williams is a disruptive force who commands double teams and creates opportunities for his teammates.
  10. Jaison Williams, OT, Youngstown State – Jaison Williams has built a reputation as a dominant force on the offensive line at Youngstown State, where his strength, athleticism, and technical proficiency have made him a key player for the team. As an offensive tackle, Williams possesses the rare combination of size, quickness, and football IQ that allows him to control the line of scrimmage and protect his quarterback with precision.
