Semi-Pro Star Running Back Killed in A Roll-Over Crash in Connecticut
Davian Pallotto, was a star semi-pro football player in Connecticut who was known called CMac, referencing Christian McCaffrey because of his ability to find pay-dirt.
The 22-year-old of Prospect in New Haven County, died after he rolled his 2007 Cadillac CTS around 11:15 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11.
Pallotto was driving north on I-91 when he veered across a lane of traffic onto a grassy median, where the car lost control near Exit 23 and began to tumble, authorities said.
Pallotto was pronounced dead at the scene.
Davian played the running back position for Tri-State Bruins of the East Coast Football League.
A GoFundMe for Pallotto has raised over $15,000 from more than 100 donors.
