Two more Georgia Bulldogs football players were arrested for reckless driving
Georgia inside linebacker Smael Mondon and offensive tackle Bo Hughley were arrested earlier this week on misdemeanor charges that included reckless driving.
The Georgia Bulldogs have a reckless driving problem. We have been covering this for months, and they have easily had more than 10 players in the past 24 months arrested for reckless driving.
Mondon and Hughley are the fourth Georgia players arrested this offseason. Running back Trevor Etienne was arrested on March 24 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane/improper driving on road, and affixing materials that reduce the visibility of windows/windshield. Wide receiver Sacovie White was arrested on May 18 on charges of reckless driving and “one way roadway.”
Mondon was arrested by Athens-Clarke County Police on charges of reckless driving and racing on highways/streets.
Hughley was arrested by UGA police on charges of reckless driving and failure to maintain lane/improper driving on road.
