Utah High School football star passed away after suffering cardiac arrest

We are learning that Cameron West a 2026 High School football player has passed away. His school Bear River High School in Utah, announced the news.
West played the offensive and defensive line for the Bears football team.
According to a GoFundMe created by Jamie West, Cameron tragically passed away the other day from cardiac arrest when he was with some friends.
In 2020, a report recorded worldwide deaths attributed to sudden cardiac arrest or other unexplained sudden death while playing (or shortly after playing) football during the period from 2014 to 2018. There were 617 cases during the five years, which seems to be spiking big time, with more and more cases happening daily.
Cameron will always live forever in all of our hearts. #75
Please keep the West Family in your prayers during this horrible time.
