What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Family, my aunts and uncles when I was growing up and I’ve been playing since I was 4 years old.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

The crowd, support, energy from the game and most of all getting the w and coming out on top.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mom, because growing up I didn’t have a father and she had to play both roles and supported me and showed me her strength.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

Just getting my name out there and setting an example, the challenges of the teams we play and being dominant.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

James Harrison, my defensive coach I have now tells me how much I remind him of James Harrison. My work ethic, strength and all that.

What are your favorite things about playing football for Central State?

The guys that I share the field with that I get to call my brothers and going through the journey with them.

What should we know about Mike White the person?

That I’m a hard worker and an overachiever and I always set the bar high.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

4 man front, because of the pressure coming off the edge from the other defensive linemen, it creates a static in the backfield.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I just see it as another obstacle that can be defeated, keep my head high and always do 110 percent.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A leader, a role model, someone who is going to push their teammates to another level and expect greatness from those around him.

What stands out about your film the most?

My hustle and my work ethic.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Brandon Brock, he is one of those leaders that sets an example of those around him and is dominant on the field.
