VIDEO: NFL Superstar Tank Dell shooting released | Tank is lucky to be alive
A 16-year-old was arrested in connection with the shooting at Cabana Live in Sanford Saturday night. The young shooter was named Chris Bouie, a 16-year-old from Daytona Beach, Florida.
The event was promoted as “No One Leaves Sober” and did not have the required event permit.
Bouie from Daytona Beach, began firing a gun at the venue near a pool after a fight broke out. He was tackled by an armed security guard.
In this shooting 10 people were injured, including NFL superstar Tank Dell. Bouie faces charges of possession of a firearm by a minor, use and display of a firearm during a felony, firing a weapon in public property and attempted homicide, according to his arrest report.
You can see in the first video the shooting which shows Bouie pull out his gun and begin shooting.
In the second video broke down by police, you can see how close Dell was to dying. He was standing in between the shooter and the victim. It looks like he was trying to stop the shooting. Either way he is very lucky.
