Minnesota Vikings Full Seven Round Mock Draft | Vikings land their quarterback
NFL Draft Diamonds wanted to utilize PFN Mock Draft Simulator and put together a Mock Draft for every NFL team before the 2024 NFL Draft in a few weeks.
The Minnesota Vikings finally landed their quarterback and they did not have to trade to get him. The Vikings played the patience game and McCarthy fell to them. I do not think the Vikings need to give up anything, they have Sam Darnold and it is very hard to hit on a franchise quarterback.
While I would not mind if they did in fact trade up, I feel that move would not be the smartest. If the Vikings stay they can land a starting offensive lineman and their franchise quarterback.
I love landing Brenden Rice with the 129th pick. I feel Rice will be a starter in the league and he can be a great asset to the Vikings offense. Adding him to a roster that has Justin Jefferson makes a ton of sense.
