Kansas Quarterback Jason Bean has visited with three NFL teams

Kansas quarterback Jason Bean is one of the most athletic quarterbacks I have ever witnessed up close and personal. As the Hula Bowl scouting director I brought in Jason Bean to the game because several scouts wanted to see if he could play wide receiver and run routers.
I remember calling Jason and asking him if he would be willing to come into the game as an athlete. I truly felt he could play quarterback but the NFL teams had requests to see him run routes, so I was upfront with him. He was so humble and said he would be willing to do whatever to get an opportunity to show off his skills.
I brought him to the Hula Bowl, and after three throws, I told the coach Mike Smith, we may want to keep him at quarterback. He agree, and I think the whole week Jason Bean ran six routes in total as a wide receiver.
Jason Bean is a quarterback and when you see his arm strength you will understand what I am talking about. Then when you add in his speed, you will quickly realize how talented the kid is.
Well, it is awesome to hear the NFL teams are falling in love as well. The Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys, and Kansas City Chiefs have all brought him in for visits.
Any team that takes a flier on Bean is going to fall in love. He is one of the nicest young men, I have ever met. Great to see this! Happy for you Family!
