Three New York High School football players plead guilty to forcibly touching their teammate in the locker room
Today, Three varsity football players from Clyde-Savannah High School in New York, plead guilty in connection with a locker room incident that ended their season.
The judge dropped the felony charges of aggravated sexual assault and instead hit them all with misdemeanors for forcibly touching and hazing.
The teens were each given two years of probation and no-contact orders of protection for the victim. The judge said what happened that day in the locker room went to an extreme level or rowdiness, and shouldn’t have happened.
Because the student did not suffer injuries, the judge was willing to give them probation.
