What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft

My size, my work ethic, my leadership, and my ability to do everything that is required of my position. From blocking to receiving, as well as special teams. 

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

5 years old 

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

I was a Team Captain at The Citadel, which is The Military College of South Carolina. This school helps shape the future leaders of our country, and those future leaders elected me as one of their leaders. This speaks to my character. I am extremely driven and will always continue to work my hardest and put the team first. 

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be? 

I would donate to help children who have lost a parent or multiple parents. This resonates with me because my siblings and I went through this. 

What is the best advice you have ever received? 

Being advised to pray to God and give all of my worries and concerns to Him. 

Who was your childhood hero? 

My Father was a NYC Firefighter. Deceased on 9/11/01 in an attempt to save the lives of innocent civilians. 

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school? 

Brian Horne

What is your biggest pet peeve? 

Pessimistic people

Who is your favorite teacher ever?

Mrs. Conti (3rd grade) 

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome? 

The death of my father. 

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

Coastal Carolina University is special to me because of the relationships that I created during my time there. We were a team full of underdogs who went on to be nationally ranked as high as #12. We were also the first team in program history to be nationally ranked, to be Sun Belt Champions, and to win a Bowl Game. These are all things that will stick with me forever and reasons why CCU is extremely special to me. 

If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be? 

Tropical Smoothie Cafe

What is your favorite snack food? 

Cashews 

What is your degree in? 

Recreation and Sport Management / In the process of earning my Master of Business Administration (MBA) 

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say? 

I will be the first one in and the last one out every day, and nobody will work harder or be more dedicated than me in becoming an All-Pro Tight End in the NFL.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be? 

George Kittle 

What is your favorite game to play at the carnival/theme park? 

The basketball game 

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why? 

  1. My Father, because he passed away when I was very young. 
  2. My Grandfather,he is also deceased and I miss him deeply. 
  3. My Mother, because if she could have dinner with her late husband and father, I don’t think anything would make her happier. Just to see her in that environment would fill me with enough joy to last a lifetime.
