Cam Newton says he will not play the victim and says he needs be better
Cam Newton finally speaks on his podcast 4th and 1 about his actions this past weekend at the 7-on-7 tournament he put on that ended in a huge fight.
Cam said he is not going to play the victim, but instead he said he needs to be a leader for the young men watching.
Newton explained that he could have been hurt, and played the what if in his head. He said people are going to talk, and he should not have let it bother him the way it did. He is glad he did not react by punching but taking the high road.
Newton understands that many of these youth are looking up to him, and he did the stand up thing. I am proud of him for this comment.
