Cam Newton refused to press charges against the men that jumped him
According to TMZ Sports, not only can Cam Newton whoop multiple people and hold his own, he is also a standup dude.
According to police reports, Cam Newton and the men who jumped him refused medical attention and also refused to press charges.
Even though it was on camera, the police have let it go.
“Neither Mr. Newton or any of the other involved persons who remained on scene indicated that they required medical attention or wished to pursue criminal charges,” the Atlanta Police Department said in a statement Wednesday afternoon.
“The responding officers completed an information only incident report to document what had occurred. At this time, it is unknown how or why the scuffle occurred.”
According to the police report, the officers even noticed the entire fight and decided to not move forward to do anything because the men did not want to press charges.
