Sportbooks believe it is a lock that the Chicago Bears select Caleb Williams #1 overall

There have been so many rumors floating around the first pick of the 2024 NFL Draft, but Vegas is not buying any of them.
According to Outkick.com, the odds for Caleb Williams to the Bears is damn near a lock to happen. According to OddsChecker.com, the longest odds at any sportsbook on Williams to go #1 is -910 at Bet Rivers (implied odds: 90% chance). The shortest odds are on FanDuel, who have installed Williams as a whopping -1600 (94% implied odds) to be the first pick in the NFL Draft.
Even though Caleb Williams has been in the news the past several weeks for some really major issues like refusing to do medicals at the Combine, and asking for part ownership in his first contract, the Bears seem to be set on their quarterback.
I feel Williams will need a good supporting cast around him if they want him to succeed. I like Justin Fields, but at this point it sounds as if he will be traded.
We will find out who is going to be the #1 pick in the NFL Draft on Thursday, April 25 in Detroit, Michigan.
