Four teams that should be on the phone calling Alexander Mattison

Yesterday, in shocking news the Minnesota Vikings made a shocking move and cut their starting running back.
This comes a year after they cut Dalvin Cook as well. The Vikings will save $3.35 million in cap space with the move. Mattison was due a guaranteed $2.75 million on March 15.
The former third round pick could be a huge asset to several teams. Let’s look at four teams that should be calling to land Mattison.
Buffalo Bills – I know the Bills do not have a lot of cap space right now, but they could use a bigger back to help them this year. James Cook was awesome, but at this point Mattison would need to be a complimentary back in Buffalo. I think Mattison could be a great addition. He is a bigger back that can help out with the goal line and has good hands out the backfield. The thing is will the Bills go after him or try to retain Ty Johnson.
Green Bay Packers – Both AJ Dillon and Patrick Taylor are free agents, and I feel Mattison could be a great option along with Aaron Jones. Mattison would be a nice complimentary running back to Jones. He would also get to stick it to the Vikings twice a year.
Chicago Bears – D’Onta Foreman is a free agent and the Bears will need a back. They have Herbert and Roschon Johnson, but adding Alexander Mattison is a big win. I think Mattison’s contract will be pretty solid and adding a veteran back is smart for a rookie quarterback.
Dallas Cowboys – Tony Pollard is a free agent and the team is not using their franchise tag on him. The Cowboys have Rico Dowdle and Deuce Vaughn, and they could use a back right now. Mattison will crush it with a new coordinator. I think the Cowboys can turn him into a top back.
