Steele Chambers credits Buckeyes staff, rich history for development
Steele Chambers opened up at the NFL Combine about his experience playing at Ohio State and the school’s rich history of sending prospects to the highest level. The 6-foot-1, 232-pound, three-year starter for Ohio State credits the Buckeyes staff for his development as a player and person.
“It’s prepared me for everything,” Chambers said. It’s just prepared me for life. They work to make you a better man. I’ve had so many (positive experiences).”
The Buckeyes have a large group of players represented at the Combine – a fact the linebacker is well aware of. He counts it as a privilege to compete alongside his teammates.
“It just shows the culture man, honestly,” Chambers said. “It’s crazy thinking that there were still 11 other guys that also could have been here, but also definitely guys who (played at Ohio State) for so many years.”
