Chris Ballard: Marvin Harrison Jr. not an ordinary player

At yesterday’s presser, a local Indianapolis media member asked Colts general manager Chris Ballard if Marvin Harrison Jr. electing not to work out hurts his draft stock.
Ballard was blunt and to-the-point, saying that Harrison’s decision likely won’t be a factor and describing him as a “very talented player.”
Harrison, whose father was a longtime Colt, is still meeting with teams but won’t be running through testing drills at Lucas Oil Stadium.
