Clemson linebacker Jeremiah Trotter took to the podium at the Indiana Convention Center to answer questions about his game and which teams he is meeting with.  Trotter said he had a formal interview with the Steelers, which included meeting with head coach Mike Tomlin.

“A big part of my game is blitzing,” Trotter said. :I work my craft a lot.  It would be a blessing to play for any team, honestly.  I see God as blessing me to be here.”

Trotter is the son of 12-year NFL linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Sr., who played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Commanders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“Being around the game my whole life, he’s taught me a lot,” Trotter said of his dad. “It’s definitely helped me get to this position here.  I want to thank him for everything.”

Trotter has a meeting lined up with the Pittsburgh Steelers at the Combine. Trotter racked up 177 tackles including 28.5 tackles for loss with 12 sacks and 4 interceptions in his career. He is a very productive linebacker who can go from sidelines to sidelines.
